Agreement To Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ProResumes and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are currently operating in Pakistan and, as a result, Pakistan’s laws will apply depending on where a user resides. The below-listed terms and conditions are intended to apply to all users in Pakistan and will be legally enforceable to the extent permitted under Pakistani law.

Dear Users, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before using our service. The use of Proresumes.io is restricted to individuals of legal age, and any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all our Terms and Conditions. Submitting a request and/or payment indicates that you are legally bound to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Interpretation of Our Terms:

“Website” means ProResumes.io

“Client”, “You” or “Yours” refer to anyone submitting an application for free resume review and critique, placing an order, uploading any information, and transferring payments on this Website.

“Company”, “We” or “Our” refer to the ProResumes.io website, operated by MuzTech (SMC-Private) Limited. MuzTech (SMC-Private) Limited Company address: Al Hafeez Suites, 3rd Floor 69B2, Gulberg III, Pakistan. MuzTech (SMC-Private) Limited is FBR registered company with Registration No 9678021 & Reference No 9678021-6. Further, MuzTech is registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) with Corporate Unique Identification No. 0203570.

“Messaging Systems are platforms which we use to ensure uninterrupted communication between the Client and the Writer, or with Support Team Representatives.

“Order” refers to the actual request for a Resume Writing Service sent to Our Company by the Client. It includes particular requirements and specifications regarding the personal information to be used in the Product.


An “Order“ is an electronic request for a paid Product from the Client, for a particular type of service offered through the Website. The order specifies both the requirements of the Client regarding the Product and the information which should be included in the final Product.


“Order” refers to the completed Resume Writing Service that was submitted in electronic form online through the Website by the Client. The order includes the final product in its entirety, along with the requirements of the Client.

Order Status shows the progress of the Order and the current stage of work towards completion.

Our Services

ProResumes provides professional resume writing services, including Cover Letters, Customised Thank-you Letters, LinkedIn makeover services, and interview preparation for individuals in Pakistan. The services include creating, editing, and formatting resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles aligned with the targeted company and ATS requirements.

Resume Writing Service is provided by the Company and its Experts within a defined time frame and under strict Client requirements. Resume Writing Service encompasses all Order Statuses. “To deliver Resume Writing Service” means to fulfil the Order in its entirety with a particular Product Type specified in the first Order stage.


We understand the sensitive nature of personal information and guarantee that all information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose any personal or professional information to third parties without the client’s consent.

"Support Team" or "Support"

“Support Team“ or “Support“ refers to the Company’s structural unit responsible for coordinating and assisting the Order and Resume Writing Services. Our support team will be available 24/7. You can reach out to them anytime for any query.

"Resume Writer"

“Resume Writer“ is a person who is engaged by the Company as an employee who provides Resume Writing Services to the Client, according to the Company Agreement. You are required to provide him/her with all the information but not logins or passwords of your accounts, including LinkedIn, bank, and any other accounts.


“Product” is a result of delivered Resume Writing Service. It comes as original content written as a result of the delivered Product Type in accordance with the Client’s inquiry as a digital document.

“Product Types” (“Product Type”)

“Product Types” (“Product Type”) are specified by the Company and are the only types of services to be delivered within the platform. Product Types should be understood as follows: Resume writing and editing services; Cover letter writing and editing services; CV writing and editing services; Linkedin Profile; Follow-up letter writing and editing services, Bundled Resume and Cover letter writing and editing services; Bundled Resume and Cover Letter and Linkedin Profile service; Bundled CV and Cover Letter service.

Product Delivery Time:

ProResumes will deliver the completed or first draft of the resume within 3-5 business days of receiving the necessary information from the client. If the client requires a rush order, ProResumes can expedite the process for an additional fee. Our rush services include 24-hour and 48-hour.

"Product Revision"

“Product Revision” is a request sent by the Client for editing the final version of the Product, based on the initial requirements of the Order. Our complete focus is on enabling client success along with satisfaction. The client must request revisions within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. After 7 days, any further revisions will incur an additional fee. But if our writers make delays means not sending the first draft on time, not sending follow-up messages on time, as well as not delivering revisions on time the revision period can be extended without any additional fee. Once you receive the first our writer will send you the first reminder or nudge within 48 hours if you don’t respond within 48 hours after receiving the first draft. This process will continue for 7 days. If you don’t respond within 7 days after 2 follow-ups with our writers with a 48-hour gap. We will close the order and you will not be able to receive the revisions included in the package.


ProResumes does not offer refunds once the resume writing process has begun. If the client is not satisfied with the final product, ProResumes will offer revisions or credit towards future services. But there are conditions where our QA and Order Support Team can investigate your refund request. In case of escalation or dissatisfaction with our services, you can reach out to our support team any time.


ProResumes does not guarantee job placement or employment. The services provided are intended to enhance the client’s chances of being noticed by potential employers and securing job interviews.


The final resume product is the intellectual property of ProResumes and is protected under copyright law. The client may use the resume for personal use only and may not reproduce or distribute it without the written consent of ProResumes.


These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from the services provided by ProResumes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Platform after the date such revised Terms are posted.

Account Terms

  1. You must be 18 years or older or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use this Service.
  2. To access and use the Services, you must register for a Upturn account (“Account”) by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Upturn may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
  3. You acknowledge that Upturn will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Upturn cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
  5. You are responsible for all activity and content such as photos, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information, or data uploaded, collected, generated, stored, displayed, distributed, transmitted or exhibited on or in connection with your Account (“Materials”).
  6. A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Service, including the AUP, as determined in the sole discretion of Upturn will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Account Activation

  1. Subject to section 2.1.2, the person signing up for the Service will be the contracting party (“Account Owner”) for the purposes of our Terms of Service and will be the person who is authorized to use any corresponding account we may provide to the Account Owner in connection with the Service.
  2. If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, your employer shall be the Account Owner. If you are signing up for the Service on behalf of your employer, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our Terms of Service.
  3. Upon completion of sign up for the Service, Upturn will create a PayPal Express Checkout account on your behalf, using your email address. Depending on your location, Upturn may also create a Upturn Payments account on your behalf.
  4. You acknowledge that PayPal Express Checkout and/or Upturn Payments will be your default payments gateway(s) and that it is your sole responsibility as the Account Owner to activate and maintain these accounts. If you do not wish to keep either of the payment accounts active, it is your responsibility to deactivate them. For the avoidance of doubt, PayPal Express Checkout is a Third Party Service, as defined in Section 15 of these Terms of Service.
